At Lids Access Pass, we want you to love your headwear and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your return back to our fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
